  I was considering getting back in the market after renting since 2008 when I came across a heroes program flyer in my station.
  
  I contacted the agent Beatriz Ramirez and started looking. Beatriz was very helpful sending me listings within my price range and recommending the better choices. When I did find a property, after looking for 6 months, Beatriz connected me with a mortgage broker that kept all my costs at a minimum. We finally closed recently with what I believe is the best home I could find for my price.
