  Luis Arenas is an asset to the insurance world. I called almost a dozen agency before I hired Magen two years ago. Luis picks up the phone every time I call. He responds with lightening speed to my emails. When we had a smoke damage claim on my homeowners, it was Luis at Magen Insurance who made sure I was completely satisfied every step of the way.
