  I emailed them that i needed them delivered before a certain time. I called them 17 times in one day and got voicemail every time. I left a voicemail and no call back or no email back. I then called 3 days later after the flowers were late on the day i needed them delivered and they told me because they had so many deliveries they couldn't answer the phones, and would call me back that night to resolve it. Its now been over 2 weeks. No call back, and the flowers died in 1 day! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND! Customer service is terrible so is the product. If I said my company was too busy to ever answer a potential clients call, I would be out of business.
