  Beautiful apartments, lovely property, however there are problems with security, water intrusion in some buildings, generators that do not work and mail delivery. Very unhappy with leasing staff and management.

  The community and the amenities are what attracted me here and they truly are beautiful. The most important part for me was the security but it is not consistent, gates break and it takes a LONG time before they are repaired. There is MOLD in the apartments which I discovered is causing me a problem had no idea until lately. BEWARE! Visitors park in residents spots no enforcement to be found even when you call them.
  The appliances are OLD and unsightly, washing machine and dryers are ridiculous, don't get me started on how long it takes for anything you call to have repaired, how about 4-5 weeks.
  If you are a dog lover which I was, this is your home, I do not enjoy stepping on feces, nor having dogs wake me with their barking at all hours of the night. Mail delivery is atrocious. Look elsewhere as the pool area is a click full of cigar smoke and your lucky to get a sit.
  VERY DISAPPOINTING don't get me started on the lack of closets.
