  Shout out to Erica! Went in today and they were really busy. Almost didn't make an appointment but she took initiative to let meet know she could get me in today. Came back and found out that she's as personable as she is professional. She heard what I wanted, gave me choices, offered suggestions then worked magic! I am in LOVE with how my hair came out! Thank you for a great experience! :)
