  Ive had a great experience here never had any issues my son is currently 16 months old and ive gone here since i was 5 weeks pregnant ive only had one time that i had to wait about 45 mins only because the dr was called to an emergency c section but i was also notified but the nurse in front desk other then that ive never waited more then 10mins to be seen the staff are always so nice to me i really love this place they make me feel very welcome

  I am livid with the staff at this office. I had a whole conversation with the receptionist when I made my appointment. I needed blood work done so she said my appointment was for 4 pm. I told her I wanted to speak with the Dr. as well since I was coming into the office for blood work. She said come between 330 and 4. I asked her several times, specifically (I was already annoyed after having to wait over an hour for my first appointment at this office) "What time is my appointment?" "4 pm" I get there at 3:50 and she tells me I am late for my 3:30 appointment with the Dr., (super casually because she doesn't live a half hour away and have to spend her gas and time to get to another appointment) that I can just come back in the morning. I am disgusted, I feel completely disrespected by this woman and her condescending attitude!
