  Paving of car port, entrance to garage, walkway, front porch, and patio in the back yard.
  
  This review is for work in progress. The following facts:
  
  1) The company was professional during the sales phase.
  2) The commencement of the job was acceptable.
  3) Main concern now is that I do not know who is supervising the job and cannot speak to anyone as concerns/questions arise.
  4) Difficult to communicate with worker who are non-English speakers.
  5) Not getting answers to text questions.
  6) Garage keys given to sales person in good faith have not been returned after several requests and nearly one week.
  7) Had an appointment the other day for 5:30pm and it there was a now show, no call, no apologies.
  8) Customer centricity fading very fast.
  
  This job is at a point that can go in either direction. My main concern is the lack of supervision and that the workers are a bit lost in some parts of the job.
  
  Let see what happens. I will follow with a another review when the job is completed.
