  Dr Biel is an AMAZING doctor but its pretty disappointing the lack of costumer service her office staff has. Nurses are never available to speak to you and the front desk is helpless. All i wanted was an app for an issue im having. After leaving a message (no one is available) Nurse leaves a msg on my phone asking all kinds of questions because they need to decide whether i need an app or if i need instructions on what to do. I do understand that they need to have an idea of whats going on so i try to reach her and again nothing... gotta leave a msg again, after i answer all her questions she calls back and says 2 things "is the pain on your right or left and you need a pregnancy test". It breaks my heart having to switch doctors but i never got the app i needed.
