  Just did the service today. Not very happy with the experience. They have been selling the anniversary service book for $69.99 including four oil change and other free services. So I bought one two months ago. Today, I decided to do the oil change and tire rotation. They suggested several other services. It sounded reasonable so I accepted that. However, when I picked up my car, I realized that they did not do the tire rotation at all. And the guy Phil refused to admit that. At first, he said they did. I told them I just measured the depth of thread. They didn't. He has been dishonest and trying to find an excuse for not doing tire rotation, when he doesn't have to. I am not blaming them for not doing this. If they didn't, I will make another appointment. That's fine. But in the end, he said the mechanic guy think tire rotation is not necessary. Very good excuse. I had nothing else to say ! Phil is playing tricky, when he doesn't have to.
