  I can't say about the quality of the services, because I didn't get past the appalling customer service.
  I got a gift card for a foot massage while I was sick, and after a few months, when I finally felt better to use it, I made an appt. Yet when I came for the appt I was told that this gift card is old and not valid, because they've changed the owners. The expiration date published on the front desk was literally 3 days before I came. Over the phone, no one bothered to mention this either. So my mother-in-law wasted her money, and I wasted my time.
  No apologies and no suggestions to solve this.
