  I worked with Irene who was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Easy to get a hold of and very helpful. Made me feel very comfortable with all of it. Adrian the driver was exceptional! Great Team

  I had to call 3 times before they picked up my car and they had no clue what I was talking about. They picked up my car Tuesday and said it would be there latest Friday/Saturday. By Sunday my car did not even leave Boston. For three days I waited hours when the driver said they would be there, then he said next day, then he said he'll be there in 2 hours. Their management team is non existent and have no clue what they are doing or where the car even is. I was mad that they were sending me in circles and the manager can back and yelled.. "WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO DO"... A week later he dropped off the car, tons of scratches everywhere, of course we couldn't report it because the guy who picked up the car put X everywhere on the car. Never will I use this company again.
