  I call to inquire about a shoe being released on Thursday. The female that answered the phone ask me "Do you follow us on Snapchat?"
  
  I reply that I do not have Snapchat.
  She tells me "well you have to follow us on Snapchat for any info?"
  
  I then asked "So, if you don't have Snapchat you can't get any answers by calling" she replied "pretty much"
  
  I'm sorry but I have no reason to have an app like Snapchat. I would just like info as a paying customer. This was probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Extremely immature as well.
  
  I'll stick with the Nike app and Sneaker Politics.
