  DO NOT GO HERE!! They are huge scam artists, they tried to bill my insurance and myself for the entire cleaning then when approached about it the women tried to say I have no insurance coverage for a cleaning.. but that she submitted a claim and wait 45 days... my insurance has not received anything and I shouldn't have paid a dime.. I asked for a refund which I was not given, I had to dispute the charge with my bank. The best thing is they go over the "treatment case" and amounts as the dentist is in your mouth! 9 out of 10 people at this place were beyond rude.... stay away....
  
  They have also scammed a friend as well. Be forewarned.
