  Horrible service. Rude attendants. I’m definitely never going back to this place. I asked how much my test would cost and was told “I don’t know, we don’t do our billing here” then I asked how to find out and was told to call my insurance. Another employee (Michelle) started laughing at me when I said I was going to call. I asked her why she was laughing at me and she looked me up and down and walked away. I asked the front desk person what was the name of the lady who was laughing at me and she would’t tell me, said she was the Lead of the office that day and that she would go get her so I could ask her myself. I don’t understand why Michelle was laughing or why she was unapologetic to a customer who was feeling disrespected. I don’t understand why the front desk person couldn’t have simply have given me her name, it’s like she wanted to start something, she wanted a show. She went and got Michelle who came back and stared at me in a threatening way then she asked “you want my name?” Then she leaned over to grab a card and a pen and stared at me again in a threatening way with her face within inches of mine. She wrote Michelle on the card, I don’t even know if that was really her name, and slammed it on the counter with all the people around me staring. I asked her “Why are you doing this? Why are you treating me like that? What did I do to you?” and she yelled “have a great day” and started walking away. I asked again “why are you giving me such attitude? what did I do?” and she kept yelling “have a great day” very rudely and repeatedly. This is no way to treat a customer. Unacceptable. It’s like she knew she could get away with it, like it wasn’t the first time she did that.
