  Terrible customer service, I had three Christmas gifts printed one on metal and two magnets boxes, pictures came out terrible, one was so dark that you can't see the image and the magnet was blurry. I called to see if I could edit the pictures, they said no because the error was my doing, not because they did something wrong. Waste of money and have no gifts to give.

  I love this store. I have hundreds and hundreds of these "poloroid" type photos at home and work. I would recommend uploading your photos onto the website and just picking them up at the store... but only if you are doing a ton of pix. Otherwise it is easy to do and the staff was very helpful. Be aware, it might take an hour if they get busy for the prints to finish up.
