  The food is always great at Houston's and this time was no exception. However their normally reliable good service was notably missing. We asked our server several times about the specials and each time she would say that she forgot to check and would find out for us - she never did. Also, she would disappear for long stretches of time leaving us with empty glasses and unable to order or get our bill. The bill was wrong 3 times, and while I think they finally got it right it showed up as a series of charges on my credit card - the excuse given was lame. I told someone about my experience and they said that is normal for that restaurant, which is completely unlike the other Houston's I have visited. Unfortunate.
