  G+O has it all! FRIENDLY and RESPECTFUL staff! MOTIVATION without pressure! Group classes are FUN and EFFECTIVE! All trainers are happy to assist in anyway even without personal training. They are always open to suggestions to help guide us into becoming the best versions of our self :) This gym is so WELCOMING and they make you feel like part of their family or you can come and go as you please.There is NEVER ANY PRESSURE! This is the only gym I've been to where the results are realistic because you feel so COMFORTABLE and have so much FUN which makes you want to work out!
