  Where do I begin with this disgusting place? Not only did they come in to the vegan bakery next door, complaining about someone stepping in their flowers, they DESTROYED my dry cleaning. There were iron markings left all over my shirts. My suit jacket came back all wet and soggy with the colors completely faded beyond belief. The manager was extremely rude when I asked for a refund and declined, saying that my clothes were garbage and were like that already. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

  This was the most unprofessional experience of my life. I cannot believe I was referred here . I needed my wedding dress cleaned and had to make a special trip at 7 am to drop it off last Friday. I told them I needed it cleaned and back by next Friday (2weeks ) and was told not a problem. No one called me until last night and I was given a quote and told me dress would have to be sent out to be cleaned - but that I would have it back next Thursday- I asked if spot cleaning was a possibility and I was told they would ask and call me back today at 11. I never heard from anyone so I called without getting on the phone with me the woman Rosemary told the person who answered “we can’t do spot cleaning and that the guy already picked up the outgoing dry cleaning so she just had to pick up her dress - they have had my for almost a week - and now I have to find somewhere else to take my dress before next Friday - Rosemary started yelling at me - saying she told me to call her which was not true then backtracked and said she came in late today -and when I asked why no one had called me till weds night she said your not my only client! This is not how you treat customers especially brides - when I said this was unprofessional and the worst customer service experience I have had she then said me too! And then while yelling at me said I’m getting a headache - absolutely horrible and inexcusable
