  I called to make an appointment and was placed on hold for about 6 minutes. Someone then picked up to tell me the name of the person who was going to help me shortly and then placed me on hold again for another 2 minutes.
  When I was finally being helped I was informed that as of January 1st the god doctor will not see patients unless they sign up for their anti aging program which is of course not covered by insurance.
  
  As if they weren't making enough money already.
