  After years of doing business with this company, their service has deteriorated to virtually NOTHiNG! They don’t return phone calls, shipped me the wrong medication, I have called every day for a week and still have no resolution. Mallory is polite but accomplished nothing as she is waiting on her “supervisor” Chuck, who interestingly enough is also the pharmacist. He won’t own up to his mistake and won’t return my call. So I still do not have the medication I am to be taking every day. Run away from this company, if that’s what they can even be called. If I could have given zero stars it would have been more appropriate than one.

  They are really good and way better than another place I was using. This isn't Walgreen's. They are a highly specialized business. You can't expect them to stay late to give you your prescription. All day people are in need of their prescriptions and running out. These are made by hand, so you have to give them a couple days advanced notice. I did get there a little late one Friday afternoon after they closed and the lady was happy to give me my prescription. But if she hadn't I'd have only blamed myself for being late. Chuck yhe pharmacist has been REALLY nice calling me and my doctor sorting things out. He's never too bust to help. I highly recommend this place and they are an accredited compounding pharmacy which is EXTREMELY important.
