  Stay away from this Boca Raton office and stay far away from Arthur. He complety lied me and listed my property as a short sale when I told him I did not want that, everything on the MLS listing on our property is false, it's not even our property on the picture he listed. Poor communication threw employees and I have been asking Arthur to take my house off of the market for over 5 days now and still has not done so. Today the FREC will be reported on him and his company. People need to know that this guy is a liar and will do anything sneaky and with out your knowledge just to get your house sold. How this guy is still in business is beyond me but I will do everything I can to let the public know what kind of person and company your dealing with before you get mixed up with them.
