  I was seen at this office in the beginning of April 2017 as a new patient. The woman at the front desk (I do not remember her name but she was nice) swiped my debit card for my co-pay at her computer and informed me the charge did not go through and had to go to another computer and successfully charged my card. After I checked my statement I noticed the original swipe of my card had gone through and they had double charged my card for the co-payment. Okay, I thought this wouldn't be a problem I'll just call the office and have them reverse it. Well, since then have left the billing department FOUR voicemail's (without a single call back) and have sent a copy of my bank statement and received no follow up outside of two emails where I asked for someone to please call me with no success.
  
  The double charge of the co-pay is not the problem it is the principal of the way everything was being handled. I understand mistakes happen and this could easily be fixed if someone would take the time and call me. The lack of follow up is unreal. If it were the opposite way around and I owed the office $30.00 I'm sure I would have no issue at all with talking to someone from the billing department. I will never go to this office again because they do not care about the patient/customer and have no issue with tying up peoples hard earned money.
