  Waited 20 minutes to get a pedicure. Lady said "wait here" at a pedicure station and then said "I don't know who is going to take care of you" then continue working on someone else. Very unprofessional. Then when someone finally came over (seriously under staffed) the pedicure was mediocre at best.
