  People in this branch are nice but aren't professional in what they do! I try to make a balance transfer from my credit card and they failed TWICE in making it!!! My feelings are that they are guessing how to make things and they failed badly working with me due to their inexperience, unprofessionalism and ineptitude lossing 3 months of my financial work with another bank..
  Shame on you fifth third bank LA FONTANA Branch!!!!!!
